Accountabilities/Responsibilities :

-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

-To prepare invoices for reporting.

Job Description:

RECRUITMENT

· Recruitment and selection. Drafting of the job advertisement, post on various platform, follow up to identify suitable candidates, conduct interviews, get Management approval.

· Handles all the foreign work pass application, renewals and cancellation for employees/candidates including medical examination arrangement.

HANDLE PRE-BOARDING, ON-BOARDING AND EXIT-CLEARANCE PROCESS

TRAINING

· Monitor and make registration for the employee who need to attend Basic/Refresher Food Safety Level 1 course.

· Identifying the training needs of the organization. Searching and conduct training course for employees for specific jobs.

MANPOWER PLANNING

· Monitor foreign worker quota closely.

· Computation the number of quota in advance.

· Analysis and find solution to maintain/increase number of quota.

INVENTORY

· Manage inventory of staff uniforms, shoes, medicine, facemask, etc.

PAYROLL

· Prepare, check and process payroll for submission to Finance Department ensuring that salary is paid timely and accurately.

STAFF WELFARE

· Carry out employee reimbursement. Check benefits claims against entitlements.

· Birthday welfare arrangement.

HR POLICY, SALARY & BENEFIT

· Study competitors of the organisation. Compare organisation's compensation and benefits programmes against industry practices.

· Review and work with Management on HR policies and procedures, employee rewards & benefits.

STAFF PERFORMANCE AND DISCIPLINARY MANAGEMENT

· Monitor closely on staff performance during employment. Support line managers in dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues.

PWM (PROGRESSIVE WAGE MODEL)

· To ensure the company pay the employee at least the minimum monthly wage for their respective levels to ensure compliance with the PWM.

MOM SURVEY

· Participate in MOM surveys and ad-hoc surveys.

GOVERNMENT GRANT / CLAIM

· Prepare applications for various relevant grants/claim offered by the government agencies. Eg. Childcare leave, foreign worker levy waives, SG United programmes, etc.

INSURANCES

· Handle insurance process including report and claim with related party (MOM & Insurance agency) when it is necessary.

· Renew Work Injury Compensation Insurance and Foreign Worker Medical Insurance timely. Review and compare quotations from different insurance agency upon renewal.

ADMINISTRATION WORK

· Process and prepare all types of employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, termination letters, promotion letter, increment letters, warning letter, etc.

· Administer and update employees’ personnel database.

· Organized and maintain filling system (hard & soft copy)

· Any other task assigned by Management.

Job Requirement:

· Degree/Diploma in any disciplines and/or Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management/At-least 2 – 3 years of HR experience.

The Animal Care Officer (ACO) is responsible for the treatment, care, and overall well-being of animals. The ACO plays an important role in ensuring the welfare of animals within the shelter and executing prescribed treatment and enrichment plans to support the well-being and potential adoption of the animals under their care.

The ACO works largely in a semi-outdoor environment and is required to be physically fit. On occasion, he/she may be required to support Animal Rescue Officers in housing difficult rescue cases.

The responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Cleaning and sanitising animal enclosures and ensure that enclosures are safe for animals.
• Carrying out the feeding and medication of animals in the shelter.
• Washing and sterilising all feeding equipment
• Observing animals for signs of disease or injury to be surfaced to the Shelter Supervisor or Shelter Executive.
• Performing regular bathing of animals according to schedule and ensure animals are kept clean.
• Exercising animals and delivering enrichment programmes.

• Working closely with Shelter Manager and Animal Care Executives to execute enrichment, treatment and rehabilitation plans for animals.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Assess the campus Building Management Systems (BMS) to highlight defects, errors, and inefficiencies related to energy management
• Draft and implement an iterative BMS user guide, specific to different BMS systems, buildings or use case, as required and conduct training to building managers on the use of BMS for their specific needs.
• Propose upgrades to the existing system and highlight errors in metering data, erroneous data, and offline meters working alongside BMS vendors and other key stakeholders.
• Analyse and generate trend charts on energy usage for buildings from the BMS and through site walks to verify correct electrical linkages, where necessary
• Support sustainability initiatives on campus related to smart metering, smart buildings, energy management systems.
• Support project management team on new building design reviews and existing building upgrades on automated monitoring systems for water, air-conditioning, energy, and carbon.
• Conduct Level 1 energy audits through building walkthroughs to assess areas for energy savings and sustainable practices
• Lead and manage projects that require deeper energy analysis such as Level 3 energy audits, pilots on alternative building technology for Air Con and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and lighting systems
• Promote energy conservation philosophy and practices within NUS/UCI family

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant engineering (electrical, mechanical, power, automation, or facility management)
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in energy, power or building automation field
• Relevant certifications in energy such as Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM), Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) will be preferred, including past work experience with energy management in built environment
• Familiarity with Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), ACMV and lighting drawings
• Familiarity with ACMV system, humidity controls, lighting management systems and metering systems

Duties and Responsibilities
