Job Scope:
- Provide administrative support for Parenting Pact (PP) attendance i.e. ticking the checkbox in the system.
- Provide ad-hoc support to frontline counter services in the event of exigencies of duty.
Specific responsibilities are as follows in relation to (a)
- Assist with the administration of the Marriage Counselling Programme (MCP)
- Verification and acceptance of online registration forms for MCP, estimated at up to 20 per day, received via Portal (inclusive of incomplete registrations requiring follow-up correspondence via the Portal)
- Liaising with the agencies on their queries and requests for assistance (eg. request of change of agencies, extensions and MCP case status enquiries, assisting as Liaison officer for technical support issues for Partners’ Portal for MCP agencies and any other ad-hoc request).
- Attending to queries from public on MCP (supporting QSM in MCP queries) and in relation to (b):
Ad-hoc support Registry duties at Level 2:
- Screening clients before allowing clients up to Level 3
- Answering FAQs related to court processes
Working Arrangement:
Location: Lengkok Bahru
Working hours:
Mon-Thurs 8.00am-5.30pm
Fri 8.00am-5.00pm
Salary: Monthly Rated (TBA)
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with relevant experience in project management related to systems development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ability to work with multiple IT systems.
- Good communication and writing skills;
- Organised with good time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Passionate about service the community.
