About the Role
As a member of the Specialised Transaction Management (“STM”) team in Singapore, you will be responsible for manage and monitor a portfolio of complex Corporate Finance international transactions that covers Project Finance, Structured Export Finance, Structured Asset Finance and Acquisition Finance.
To be successful in this role you must have a strong understanding of specialised lending transactions with proven financial modelling and documentation experience. You will exercise sound judgement to influence desired outcomes

What will your day look like?
As an Associate Director, Specialised Transaction Management, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Effective management and monitoring of a portfolio of complex Corporate Finance Intl transactions that covers Project Finance, Structured Export Finance, Structured Asset Finance and Acquisition Finance.
- Support the delivery and execution of the Corporate Finance International strategy.
- Support broader portfolio management activities, including audits, controls testing, portfolio and regulatory reporting together with specific sector/industry reviews.
- Represent the business at various risk management forums, Early Alerts meetings and discussions with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support development of key client relationships with RM partners.
- Support end to end processes within the business, working closely with the operations and enablement teams.
- Continually engage with local and overseas colleagues to share information real time such that a consistent global service is delivered to client base.
- Ensure adherence to Group, divisional process, policy and procedural requirements.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven financial analysis and modelling capability with specialised finance or advanced corporate transaction experience.
- Strong understanding of loan and security documentation.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver outcomes against role objectives and business plans.
- Keen understanding of the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of business.
- Flexibility for whatever needs to be done and desire to continuously learn and develop.
- Strong self-managed and motivated.
- Knowledge of other Institutional products (Markets, Trade/Cash) is preferred.
