Job Scope:

• Provide customer service and admin operational support
• Serve as the main point of contact for external corporate customers and internal stakeholder
• Provide support on daily operations including registration / de-registration of corporate vehicles, follow up on renewal cases and credit card expiry date, blacklisting requests, tracking of refunds, etc
• Manage incoming phone calls and identify customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle reception duties, address queries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Perform clerical tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, filing, photocopying, data entry, and arranging courier services.
• Handle psychological service inquiries and referrals, maintain enquiry lists, and collaborate with the Psychologist-on-duty.
• Prepare quarterly statistics and client profile data and present findings for reports and meetings.
• Collaborate with the HOD and Psychologists on psychological service outcome measures.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for training and workshops related to Psychological Services.
• Update and maintain an efficient filing system for administrative records.
• Provide administrative support for psychological services, including managing inquiries, preparing statistics, and assisting with training and workshops.
• Support meetings by preparing materials, equipment, refreshments, and taking minutes when needed.
• Oversee inventory of office supplies and maintain an organized office environment.
• Run official errands and manage office facility repairs and maintenance.

Candidate Profile:

• At least GCE A Level with 8+ years of experience in office administration, human resources, or financial operations
