Job Responsibilities:

• Undertaking sales-related activities including new lead generation and account management.
• Manage sales inquiries and meetings for technical discussion at customer office.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, opportunities on a regular basis.
• Exercising initiative in setting and executing strategic business & action plans or projects.
• Initiating and driving technical initiatives in line with the business goals.
• Work together with other Sales team members and other relevant departments to manage and coordinate customer orders from preparing proposals, tender documents, production to delivery.
• In charge of monitoring, controlling and updating BOM, drawings, and specifications for products.

Responsibilities:

• Create a plan for software regression and validation for semiconductor equipment.
• Create and maintain documentation for software validation that includes test plans and software configuration parameters.
• Create test cases and scripts, then run them to verify the functionality and performance of the product.
• Regression testing
• Work together with the software design team and the appropriate stakeholders to make sure that the software products adhere to industry standards and customer needs.
• Examine test results and give pertinent stakeholders comments.
• Take part in design evaluations.
• Conduct troubleshooting and present results to address software flaws and problems.
• Keep abreast of market developments and recommended procedures for software validation and quality control.

Additional Information:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable discipline
• Five years of software validation and quality control experience with semiconductor equipment
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development approaches and semiconductor hardware
• Understanding of industry standards for semiconductors, such as SEMI secsgem
• It will be advantageous to have knowledge of programming languages like Python and VBA.
• Outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems
• Effective teamwork and communication abilities
• An eye for detail and the capacity to work both individually and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in development of lithium-ion battery pack design

• Prepare design scheme according to system requirements on electric, thermal, structural performance

• Participate in development of advanced battery thermal management technology

• Skillfully use computational software to conduct multiphysical numerical analysis and model built-up for battery system

• Prepare technical requirements and design verification standards according to system requirements

• Literature review on equipment standards and specifications, prepare technical requirement documents

• Conduct virtual design verification for the thermal performance of developed thermal management system

• Responsible to prepare 2D and 3D mechanical drawings as well as animation

Job Requirements:

The eVTOL Research and Innovation Centre at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, is looking for a Research Engineer II in the area of Stress Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structural analysis and assess the strength and durability of aircraft components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) methods to model and simulate structural behaviour under various loading conditions.
• Collaborate with the aircraft design team to provide input on structural considerations during the design phase.
• Develop, validate, and execute FEM models to analyse stress, strain, and deformation of aircraft structures.
• Perform static and dynamic analysis using FEM tools and methodologies.
• Investigate and identify the root causes of structural failures or anomalies, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Plan and conduct critical stress testing including the material equivalency test, sub-component test and proof load test, etc.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement design improvements based on analysis findings.
• Ensure that all structural designs and analyses comply with relevant aviation regulations and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Stress Engineer in the aerospace industry or automobile industry.
• Strong proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools and software.
• Experience in CAD Modelling.
• Familiarity with carbon fibre materials and relevant industry regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English skill is a must.
