The candidate is part of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) project and operation team. He/she will be reporting to the DLP Team Lead and be assigned with project and operational work and responsibilities which includes but not limited to, processing requests, investigate operational issues and facilitate security investigation by providing the necessary information in accordance with approved policy and procedures as well as process improvement.

• Plan, deploy and implement Data Loss Prevention on security projects and initiatives
• Responsible for management, advanced configuration, monitoring and fine tuning of Data Loss Prevention solution
• Configure, develop and maintain DLP tools & platform, SIEM and threat detection tools
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5-6 years of experience in IT Incident Management, DLP Operations or SOC
• Experience in multiple channels of DLP implementation and operations
• Good team player as well as strong communications skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently

DESCRIPTION

Junior Chemical Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes involved in offshore operations, including the extraction, processing, and management of chemicals in oil and gas production. Junior Chemical Engineer will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the safety, efficiency, and environmental sustainability of chemical processes on offshore platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the design and optimization of chemical processes used in offshore oil and gas extraction and processing.
• Ensure that technical compliance with all design requirements.
• Support the management and control of chemical inventories and assist in the preparation of chemicals used in offshore production
• Produce technical documents, reports and presentations detailing the findings of investigations under the guidance of Project Engineer or Engineering Manager.
• Field engineering support during construction phase of the project.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of offshore industry regulations, standards, and new technologies.
• Commissioning and start-up support.
• Achieve safety standards as defined in project requirements
• Assist in preparation for bid submission to client, with compliant technical documentation.
• Attend technical meetings, and minutes down the meeting, if required.
• Participate in risk assessments and safety audits related to chemical processes and equipment.
• Keep track of relevant discipline tasks.
• Comply with environmental impact assessment and safety-related design requirements.
• Documentation in accordance with Company’s quality management system.
• Responsible for personal safety, safe working practices, and understand and follow HSE procedures.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Master of Engineering Degree (Chemical or related disciplines).
• 0-2 years of experience in a chemical engineering or related role. Any internships or hands-on projects in process design, chemical plants, or lab research are beneficial.
• Aptitude and attitude to learn and experience marine engineering requirements, software tools, and other technical issues.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
• Familiarity with chemical process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS, ChemCAD) is a plus.
• Previous use of AutoCAD or other 2D / 3D software will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, mass/energy balances, and chemical reaction engineering.
