Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tuition Teacher to join our client’s dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their educational goals. As a Tuition Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized instruction to students in various subjects and grade levels, fostering a positive learning environment, and providing ongoing support to ensure academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Individual and Group Lessons: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in specific subjects, tailored to their academic needs and learning styles.
• Develop Customized Learning Plans: Create and implement individualized lesson plans and study materials to address each student’s strengths and areas for improvement.
• Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate and monitor student performance through assessments, tests, and feedback, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Provide Support and Guidance: Offer academic support and mentorship to students, including help with homework, exam preparation, and developing effective study habits.
• Maintain Communication with Parents: Keep parents informed about their child's progress, discuss any concerns, and provide recommendations for further improvement.
• Stay Updated on Curriculum Changes: Keep abreast of the latest educational trends, curriculum changes, and best practices in teaching.
• Create a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages student engagement and enthusiasm for learning.
