• Working hours : Monday to Friday/ 11AM to 7PM (Will have lunch and tea break time)

Main Responsibilities:

• Following up on all providing care to the children in the centre
• Fetching the children from school NEARBY or pick up points
• Buying tea break for the children
• Coordinating and arranging lunch with the vendor
• Planning of holiday programme
• Be the main point of contact for parents
• Teaching and guidance on the children’s work
• Taking on tuition classes
• Handling phone and walk-in enquiries
• Communicating with parents
• To assist in handling payments and registrations
• Preparing monthly invoices
• Housekeeping duties to maintain general cleanliness of the centre and any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 1 year of RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Reach out to and foster trust and respect in relationships with children.
• Review teaching and learning approaches that follow Curriculum Frameworks.
• Set up quality learning environments.
• Understand the learning and developmental needs of young children (birth to age 8).
• Use classroom management and document children’s learning.
