*Working Day: 5.5 days _Mon-Fri (7.30am-4.30pm) / Sat or Sun (Alternate)

*Working Location: Woodlands

Jobscopes:

*Prepare daily order talking: to do goods receipt / goods issue & check material pricing

*Process order to generate invoice

*Filing document & customer reply (overdue payment)

*Pepare SOA to customer & checking supplier invoices & pricing

Responsibilities

• Daily collection of trade images
• Ensure timely submission of images by the respective teams
• Translate all images collected into data according to 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion)
• Maintain data entry requirements by following work procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Maintain data base by entering new and update information
• Ensure that appropriate results and information has been achieved

Requirements

• Possess minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, proactive, and a good team player
• Able to work independently
