We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and perform various clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Respond to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Perform other clerical duties as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
