Job Scope

• Handles customers, agents, and overseas offices shipments promptly.
• Liaise & coordinate with Airlines and vendors for smooth arrangements.
• Preparations of shipments inventory reports.
• Issue invoices to customers, agents, and overseas offices to be in line with the company policy.
• Assist to quote Air freight costs to company station and oversea agents.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirement

• O Level / Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
