Job Details:

• Location: Blk 61 Teban Gardens Road, #01-11
• Working Hours:Weekdays: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
• Monthly Salary: $1,600
• Requirements:Minimum secondary school qualification (negotiable).
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calculate additional charges, such as shipping costs, to include in the invoices
• Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate
• Resolve billing errors
• Work with other members of the finance colleagues and the business units colleagues
• Perform any necessary administrative duties, such as auditing customer records
• Prepare account statements for customers
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Other Ad-Hoc duties

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of basic accounting logic
• Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
• Solid organisational skills to keep track of invoices
• Great customer service skills to work with various clients
• Knowledge of data entry for record keeping
• General administrative skills, including managing emails and accounting books

Qualifications:

• LCCI Diploma or other Diploma with more than 1 year working experience, preferably in logistics firms.

The job and duties of the Accounts Clerk is as follows :

1. Keeping financial records updated
2. Preparing reports
3. Reconciling bank statements
4. Running accounting software programs
5. Handling communications with vendors and clients
6. Assisting with inventory and database maintenance
7. Issuing checks and making deposits
8. Ensuring smooth office operation

Job Description:

• Perform daily data entry duties and depot operations activities
• Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of daily movement report
• Raise estimates of repair of containers for clients
• Attend & respond promptly to customers’ orders & enquiries
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Qualifications & experience:

• O Level, Nitec or equivalent
• Min. 1 year working experience preferred
• Able to communicate in Mandarin in order to liaise with Shanghai HQ and PRC drivers (customers)
• Willing to learn
• Willing to work overtime / weekend / PH (as required according to Vessel / Container Schedule)

Working hours:

Monday to Saturday (Alternate Sat off) -8AM to 5PM
