We are a Nursing Home located in Siglap. Currently looking for an Account Clerk on a full-time basis, Mon-Fri.
Requirements
- Diploma
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Report to General Manager, and able to work with little supervision
- Meticulous and well-organised with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Xero a Plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
Job Scope:
For the Nursing Home:
- Perform Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions; including data entry
- Assist in monthly Payroll and CPF preparation
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, contracts, revenue reports, etc. as assigned
- Assist with processing of payments as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, annual auditing, tax and other financial needs as necessary
- Assist with financial accounting and preparation of financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets) to achieve monthly timely closing of accounts
- Assist with general admin duties as assigned
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Work closely with nursing department
