Responsibilities

· Handle the Data Entry

· Handle administration duties

· Able to handle documentation updated in ISO audit and safety audit

· Help officer or manager to get things done

· Update GST report and analysis

· Handle site office administration , such as but not limited to maintenance of site office equipment

· And facilities for the continuous and uninterrupted operations while maintaining the office to be a

· Conducive working environment ,etc

· Manage and facilitate Project Staff and workers related matters , such as staff and workers’ attendance, accommodation/dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, workers’ payroll

· Handle the Project’s documents to/from internal and external parities

· Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

· Recordkeeping and File documents

· Customer Service - attend to incoming calls

· Scanning of documents

Job Description & Requirements

• Ensure systematic issue and loading of breads
• Follow daily stock control and Duty Officer's instructions to cut/add or full load
• Check randomly the total issues tally with the Daily Stock Control (DSC)
• Ensure all daily products to be issued out
• Ensure sufficient stocks for all equipment and forms needed in the Department
• Enforce good housekeeping for loading bay and distribution office

Job Requirements:

• Min. GCE N/O level
• Must have supervisory experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to commit Morning/ night shift

As a full time Admin Clerk, you will be working mostly with the Management team to support their administrative needs.

Job Scope:
- Doing data entry and assisting to update reports

- Assisting to sift through company emails and redirect them to the relevant personnel

- Helping to sort out company’s physical mails and highlight importance to action (if any).

- Assist to reply to standard email enquiries. (Training will be given)

- Helping Management team to liaise with associates (Training will be given)

- Helping to upkeep office housekeeping, stationeries, office equipment stock.

- General administrative duties

- Assist with receiving stock from suppliers for export part of business

- Assist with liaising with freight forwarders to dispatch exports

- Assist to find suppliers for F&B part of the business

- Assist with ordering equipment for F&B part of the business

- Assist with the management of employees’ data and records

- Other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

- Permanent full-time position
