- University graduate
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounting Clerk to assist in maintaining accurate financial records for our business. The ideal candidate will handle routine accounting tasks, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, record, and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and promptly
- Maintain and update financial records and reports
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Handle general administrative duties related to the finance department
Physical Requirements:
This role requires prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, with occasional physical activity such as filing and organizing records.
Languages:
