Job Summary
We are seeking for an Accounts and Admin Clerk, able to work on weekend(s), public holiday (s) to join our operational team. The Accounts and Admin Clerk will be responsible for performing accounts payable and receivable operations, including data entry, reconciliation and managing financial reports and support front office when necessary.
Responsibilities for Accounting:
- Data entry into accounting system and handling filing tasks.
- Verify all receipts and purchase invoices.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial reports.
Responsibilities for Administration:
- Support front office operational tasks such as customer enquiries and sales services when necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications
- Education: Min GCE "O" level / LCCI or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel/Word, Chinese language input and MS-Business Central.
- Communication: Proficiency in Chinese language is a must, strong Chinese speaking and written communication skills.
- Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role such as Accounts Clerk or Bookkeeper.
- Previous experience in handling accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with data entry best practices and maintaining organized financial records.
