Job Description:

To assist investigators in conducting clinical trials and research according to study protocol, International Conference on Harmonization Guideline for Good Clinical Practice E6 (ICH GCP E6) and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements as well as IMU Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hospital policies.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

· Assist in the conduct of Clinical Study/Research and be incompliance with the ICH GCP E6 and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements as well as IMU SOPs and hospital policies if applicable

· Assist the Principal Investigator in applying to the NHG Domain Specific Review Board (DSRB) or Institutional Review Board (IRB) for ethics review and to the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) for Clinical Trial Authorization (CTA)/ Clinical Trial Certificate (CTC)/Clinical Trial Notification (CTN)/Clinical Research Material (CRM) (if required)

· Liaise with the stakeholders (e.g. NUH Finance, lab, kitchen, etc) and coordinate related finances and logistics

· Attend trial-related initiation, close-up and other trial related meetings

· Plan, organise and co-ordinate trial study activities workflow

· Complete Case Report Forms (CRFs)

· Handle data entry and validation of study data

· Label and dispatch specimens to the relevant laboratory as in the condition as specified in the trial protocol/lab manual

· Label and store specimens in the condition as specified in the trial protocol/lab manual

· Trace laboratory and diagnostic reports (if any)

· Assist the investigator(s) in adverse events / serious adverse events reporting

· Maintain drug accountability logs

· Document and tabulate financial payments received and / or made to support the study

· Return all trial materials to sponsor company at the end of the study

· Maintain confidentiality on trial data

· Maintain Investigator Site File and ensure that all study documents are complete and up to date.

· Assist investigators in the screening and recruitment of potential patients/healthy volunteers as according to trial protocol

Requirements:

· Qualification: Diploma/degree in life sciences, diploma/degree in nursing, or equivalent preferred

Introduction

Within the module, you will work on the development of a Building Information Modelling extension that integrates workflows for existing building-scale circularity assessment methods into a BIM environment (using IFC standards, integrated in Revit).

This extension will be the design evaluation tool for the `Circular Economy Potential’ (CEP) model, a framework to estimate recovery reuse rates based on a building’s configurational characteristics (e.g. how spaces are connected, how walls are assembled, how services are laid out). This framework combines existing assessment methods for design goals related to reuse and recovery (e.g. design for disassembly, building adaptation, maintainability). Job Description

We are looking for an experienced clinical monitor to perform the study monitoring in ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE ID). ADVANCE ID is jointly funded by the Wellcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focused on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilise capacity and capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously develop its capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. It will function as an active network that involves patients in platform trials, allowing for rapid clinical research response in the event of an emerging infectious disease or pandemic threat.

The monitor should be able to supervise study sites and activities to ensure adherence to appropriate study protocols and applicable regulatory requirement terms of the study.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Conduct qualification visits (QV), site initiation visits (SIV), monitoring visits (MV) and termination visits (TV) at assigned clinical sites and generate visit reports.
• Monitor the progress of clinical study sites participating in a clinical study, and to assure the protocol is followed and data is reported accurately.

• Collaborate with the writing team to provide accurate and compelling information that enhances the authenticity and richness of the storyline.
• Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to contribute valuable insights to the production process.
• Assist in script development by providing detailed background information, references, and supporting materials.
• Establish collaborations with external experts, consultants, and historians to ensure accuracy and authenticity in the portrayal of specific topics.
