The Key Job Responsibilies Are:

Clinical

• Provide clinical support & trouble shooting of medical equipment (IVD/Blood Banking/Blood Therapy) to doctors, nurses, and other KOLs
• Assist medical professionals to become familiarised with the medical equipment, i.e. able to explain merits, proper clinical procedures, and usages of the devices

• Actively participate in workshops and trainings to gain in-depth understanding of technologies and devices
• Hold a credible dialogue audience ranging from surgeons to consultants and key decision-makers
• Build & maintain long term relationship with key customers
• Ensure that customers are provided with high quality care & attention throughout the sales & service process of medical technology procured

Skills & Experience:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology or Science
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Possess minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, specialising in medical devices, or experience in the IVD / Blood Banking / Blood Therapy
• Able to travel overseas
• Must be comfortable in supporting cases in Operating Theatres

Core Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biology, Medical Science, TCM or Science
• Experience in sales of medical devices, in cardiac department, will be preferred
• Able to travel overseas if required
• Able to work overtime as and when required (includes weekends)
• Must be comfortable in supporting cases in Operating Theatres

We are looking for a Manager with sufficient professional experience and stature to fulfill a specialist role that can contribute to the development of the clinical trial program within National Cancer Centre Singapore. The role will mainly assist our Clinical Trials Office to review and finalize contracts related to clinical trials for the Division of Clinical Trials & Epidemiological Sciences (CTE).

Main Duties:

• Assist to review clinical trial contracts and work closely with the SingHealth Legal Department to negotiate agreement terms with commercial sponsors, CROs, academic institutions or international trial groups.
• Assist in checking hard copy contract documents and obtaining signatures from the NCCS’s signatories.
• Keep track of agreement timelines and chase for replies if a party has not replied for the past two weeks.
• Supervise and provide advice to the executives of the Feasibility Team in NDA negotiation and to act as back-up for such review and negotiation during manpower shortage.
• Assist in approving online payments in APIMS, training applications in People’s Connexion and any other online applications assigned.
• Help to oversee financial and insurance reporting to CTCC as well as annual NMRC reporting.
• Assist in submission and updating of the clinicaltrials.gov, check and approve archiving costs and payment to archiving company and MRO.
• File and maintain executed contracts and ensure these are stored securely to maintain confidentiality and prevent loss or damage.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors or the Clinical Trials Office higher management staff

Main Requirements:

• A recognised degree, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in negotiating clinical trial contacts or research study contracts as well as experience in staff supervision.
• Preference for individuals with good knowledge of clinical trial conduct procedures.
• Well versed in relevant laws and regulations applicable to trial conduct including HBRA, Health Products and Medicines Act, Health Product (Clinical Trial) Regulation, PDPA and ICH GCP.
• Strong communication and writing skills, good command of language, good people skills and strong ability to be a good team player.

You will performs a variety of different activities related to planning, coordinating, and conducting multiple research studies within the overall scope of research projects in the Department of Occupational Therapy. You will function as part of the research team involved in various clinical research projects, supporting Principal Investigators in fulfilling the objectives of their research project, and ensure smooth and efficient conduct of research projects.

Responsibilities:

• Performs administrative and logistic activities related to study planning and implementation
• Assists in data collection, data entry, and data processing
• Supports reporting of results
• Compiles relevant research data and maintains proper documentation
• Maintains research documents according to regulations
• Organises and coordinates meetings in the research team
• Performs other duties as assigned by Principal Investigators or co-investigators in the research team

Requirements:

• Degree in Health Sciences/ Allied Sciences or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 1 year clinical research experience or working experience in a healthcare environment
• Basic proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, STATA)
• Proficient in MS Office software

As a clinical research coordinator, you will be actively involved in coordinating clinical trial activities according to the study protocol and in compliance to the ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines and the Health Products (Therapeutic Products) Regulations under the Health Product Act.

You will support and assist the Principal Investigator in the following trial related activities:

• Patient screening and recruitment,
• Monitoring subject’s compliance to their treatment and follow-up,
• Data collection and management including resolving data discrepancies,
• Coordinating the collection of biological specimens,
• Monitoring of adverse events and safety reporting,
• Maintaining and organising of investigator site files, preparation and submissions to the ethics committee and relevant local health authorities,
• Tracking of trial expenditures and timely invoicing.

Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences/Nursing
• OR Diploma in Nursing with minimum 6 years working experience as CRC
• 2 years of related working experience will be advantageous
• Excellent time-management and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Good grasp of MS Office applications
