We are building the world's first electrochemical process for battery recycling and we target batteries such as those in our electric cars. We are looking for electrochemical researchers who have experience in any of these areas; redox flow process, fuel cell, vanadium flow batteries, electrolyzers.

Job scope:

1. Further research and development of NEU's lithium recycling system
2. Preparation for and operation of recycling system
3. Responsible for recycling process optimization
4. Work on material testing and chemical analysis using various lab testing equipment
5. Manage a series of prototypes for various experiments

Requirements:

1. PhD or MS/BS with direct experience in chemical engineering, chemistry, electrochemistry, materials science, or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in electrochemical systems, electrocatalysis, device design and component analysis (including graduate research)
3. A strong experimental background in fundamental and applied electrochemistry with demonstrated knowledge or expertise in electroanalytical and electrochemical cell characterization
4. Knowledge of electrode fabrication and material synthesis for electrocatalytic applications like hydrogen evolution/oxygen evolution/oxygen reduction/CO2RR reaction in alkaline media and process engineering, with understanding of physico-chemical properties of materials and/or knowledge of processes used in material synthesis and corresponding characterisation techniques

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage relevant internal and/or external stakeholders to identify research and evaluation needs/questions
• Conduct literature reviews
• Conceptualize and design the studies/projects including the methodology (sampling method, test materials/surveys to be used etc…) and the timeline (project milestones)
• Manage all aspects of the studies/projects from start to completion
• Conduct fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept tests, etc. to gather data
• Conduct data preparation and cleaning on the gathered data
• Conduct statistical analyses on the cleaned data
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare presentations for conferences and manuscripts for journal publications

• Master's degree and above in social work, psychology, or related fields
• At least two years of relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates with research being a core component of their degree, are welcome to apply)
• Experience with at least one quantitative analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R and/or similar tools
• Strong command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan and coordinate the daily operations of the Hospital’s Outpatient Services to ensure efficiency and effective use of resources
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflows, enhance patient care processes and service quality

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in managing outpatient service operations

• Knowledge of clinical systems (SAP, EPIC and Clinic Assist) will be an advantage

[What the role is]

Research projects seeking to improve tree structural stability in urban environments, including the development of new technologies and methodologies to assess defects in tree trunks, tree root parameters in constrained urban spaces and tree root anchorage strength, as well as wind load modelling and measurement for trees.
