We are looking for a General Analyst Intern who is looking to grow with us. You will gain broad exposure across the various functions of a fund management firm and the opportunity to drive projects through its entire lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Prepare research reports on wide-ranging areas including but not limited to macro, thematic, industry, and company.
• Create templates and/or automation scripts to streamline existing business processes.
• Formulate and voice independent views regardless of experience.
• Assist in managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention.
• Assist in structuring and implementing compliance frameworks that will ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
• Actively participate in the ongoing updates and enhancements of existing processes and internal controls.

Ideal Requirements

• Strong interest in learning about investing and the fund management business.

• Basic knowledge in accounting and finance is advantageous but not a requisite.

• Support the RDC Team in the Management and Operation of the Regional Data Center Singapore
• Physical management of Devices, cabling and IT Infrastructure

Duties and Responsibilites

• Assist in gathering and analysing data related to patient demographics, treatment outcomes, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance patient experiences and optimize workflows.
• Analyse trends and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or above in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
