Visa’s Digital Partnerships and Fintech team is a client facing organization that sets Visa’s public digital narrative, develops commercial partnerships with industry leading brands, and manages the ongoing engagement with large and small Fintech players across the region. 

The team are responsible for managing the commercial relationships with some of Visa’s most complex and highest growth partners, as well as developing the fintech sales narrative, tools, packaged programs and deal support required to ensure Visa are the partner of choice for all Fintechs across Asia Pacific.

What a Digital Partnerships and Fintech Analyst does at Visa:

Our Digital Partnerships and Fintech Analysts will support and lead activities that are focused on partnership management (the performance of our existing fintech partnerships).

In doing so, you will develop an all-round perspective of the way Visa works with these players, and the fintech ecosystem more broadly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading analysis and reporting on account performance, delivering insights and commentary to optimize business performance

• Leading analysis on specific areas of fintech activity, to help shape Visa’s fintech strategy

• Being an active participant on deal teams, leading the work to prepare pitches and prepare financial models

• Project managing more complex activities, such as the launch of new features or services across multiple markets

What will you do?

Job Objectives:

To support AML Actimize TM L3 support for Singapore and Regional entities

Key Responsibilities

· Supporting AML Actimize L3 support for Transaction Monitoring system

· Liaise with application teams across group and countries build the fixes or possibly enhancements according to the technical solution plan

· Analyse user requirements and convert requirements to design document and other system documentation to capture key design decisions

· Plan technical deliverables, perform development works to meet project’s requirements within schedule

· Perform data mapping and process mapping with interfacing applications

· Escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions

· Create technical documents for the solutions. Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation as requested

· Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization

· Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing

· Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality result

· Liaise with other application teams and business users to prepare test cases and test data prior to testing in UAT and Mock Run environment

· Manage project change request approval windows and deployment schedule

· Facilitate and provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment

· Liaise with other units across IT and Business in the organization

· Manage external vendors for project delivery within schedule

Key Requirements

Must Have

· At least 10 years of working experience in IT industry

· At least 6 years of experience working with Actimize AML technology solution.

· At least 6 years of experience / knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, Java, and Python

· At least 6 years of experience in application and database design and UI/UX design

· At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, data mapping and process mapping

· Ability to multitask effectively and handle large amounts of data

· Highly driven, pro-active and a strong team player

· Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good to Have

· Experience in Hadoop ecosystem and technologies.

· Experience in NoSQL database or Big Data

· Experience in Control-M, Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Aldon

As a member of the Business Navigation team, you will play a key role in providing financial analysis and lead the staff optimisation process to deliver to the needs of the store. You will be involved in the staff planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, translating the store’s strategies and goals into performance measurements through analysis and benchmarking. Your assignment

Financial analysis

• Having the full understanding of the store’s P&L, and support the Store Business Navigation Manager in steering actions to provide store in shape as new, reducing costs while considering all impacts on the store’s P&L.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process through close follow-up of the P&L and provide regular updates and recommendations to store management on the store’s financial position.
• Identify, assess, and translate key industry trends into emerging risks and strategic business opportunities that shape the trajectory of our commercial opportunities.
• Provide relevant and user-friendly business information on the store’s performance KPIs through dynamic reports. You influence with data, and articulate key insights to the store management team to drive sound business decision making.
• Responsible for timely and accurate closing of the monthly account, and all necessary procedures for monthly closing and annual closing while ensuring compliance with IKEA accounting standard, legal, tax, and statutory compliance in Singapore.
• Support the correct procurement of indirect material by requesting and comparing supplier quotations, performing periodic reviews on contract management and supervision to ensure purchases are compliant to procurement principles and IWAY standards.

Staff Planning

• Support the staff planning process through analysis on productivity/ efficiency drivers to maximizing resource availability and skills across all departments.
• Responsible for following up on the staff planning process from budgeting and forecasting and reporting, taking commercial influences taken into consideration.
• Identifying and escalating when the schedule for actual hours exceeds the financial framework and possible improvements in the process for the store are identified.
• Contribute to the deliverables of objectives in the store staffing approach with close follow up on staff planning and related retail KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Responsible for safeguarding the stores complete staff planning process and performance and advising managers in ways to maximize resource availability.

Your profile

• A professional with minimum 6 years of strong FP&A experience and business acumen and feels invigorated by a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A globally recognised professional accounting qualification, e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA, etc., is preferred.
