JOB SUMMARY

Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct inquiries pertaining to the development of new information systems to meet current and projected business needs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree required.

The essential responsibilities of Business Intelligence Analyst include:

• To plan & execute the implementation of the agreed initiatives for the MIS Section. This will require working with the team in terms of analyzing the requirements, studying the options available & working towards a standard solution, which meets the requirements in an effective & efficient manner.
• Fully understand the business requirements and translate these to effective and meaningful information.
• Build and modify date warehouse structures as identified based on business requirements
• Manage and maintain the Change Request for MIS

Minimum Qualification Required:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy or an Information Technology related field
• At least 3 years in BI/MIS Analyst role, including Data Analyst and maintenance related responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of business process design, and conceptualization skills is essential.
• Knowledge of MS SQL/ SSIS is a must.
• Knowledge of Tableau /Excel VBA/ Python is a big advantage.
• Experience in Automation tasks.
• Skills in Microsoft Office, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, are essential.

To perform business applications to maintain functional and operational availability for the business. This includes problem analysis and resolution, ensuring maximum uptime of business applications, handover of systems from development, and working proactively to improve the operational efficiency and reliability of the platform. This role is hands-on as well as requiring day-to-day operations of the application support and working closely with business users.

What will you do?

Responsibilities:
