A. Overall Purpose of The Job

The primary role of the Infrastructure Security Engineer is to support our security technologies to ensure smooth daily operation and its maintenance. This includes project delivery and subsequent refresh program for all the in-scope security devices.

B. Key Responsibilities

● Provide expert guidance and oversight in the day-to-day administration of various security tools, including Crowdstrike EDR, Netskope SWG, CyberArk PIM/PAM, and others.

● Take a sme role in building, implementing, and maintaining the CyberArk PIM/PAM solution within the Organization environment, ensuring the smooth operation of CyberArk PAM/PIM activities on a daily basis.

● Proactively identify issues and suggest potential solutions in operations.

● Lead in-depth investigations into complex technical issues, collaborating closely with vendors until resolutions are achieved, and delivering comprehensive Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).

● Collaborate effectively with Server/Network/DB/App teams to efficiently onboard and configure devices and privileged identities.

● Demonstrate expertise in creating customized reports and dashboards within security tools, tailored to meet specific requirements.

● Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), security standards, and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practices and the latest security protocols.

● Operate within the established configuration and change management policies to ensure that all changes made to security devices are well-documented, approved, and ultimately successful.

● Play a crucial role in the implementation of new infrastructure security technologies and products at Organization. This includes selecting the most suitable product vendor, conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs), and overseeing the product's implementation in collaboration with a preferred Systems Integrator (SI) partner.

C. Job Profile

Required Skills and Knowledge

● 7-8 years of valid experience in Infrastructure Security operations and projects

● 5-6 years of hands on experience in CyberArk PIM/PAM

● 3-4 years of hands on experience in any Endpoint Detection & Response and Secure Web Gateway technologies preferably Crowdstrike and Netskope

● Good understanding of Network Technologies, Systems, and Database

● Good understanding of security concepts (e.g., encryption, least privilege, need to know basis access, unauthorised access)

● Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management

● Firm understanding of IT Service Management processes and project management (i.e., ITIL and Agile)

• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site
• Assist in the operating of the PMCC

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Civil & Structural engineering
• Min 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover or cut and cover tunnel experience in a project/construction environment
• Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project work
• Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills
• Experience in civil/structural/geotechnical design will be an advantage.

• Together with the QP(S), provide overall team direction and management to realise the project objectives and activities as required by the Superintending Officer and consultants, ensuring that the project is delivered to the highest technical and safety standards
• Review Contractors’ proposal, method statements and designs
• To assist QP(S) and QP(Geo) in reviewing the construction proposals and implement supervision oversight of these construction works carried out by the Contractors
• Lead the RTOs to check all drawings (including shopdrawings, construction drawings) and specifications for discrepancies
• Overview of the quality system implementation, materials approval and compliance testing procedures
• To provide overview of WSH and aerodrome safety management systems and risk analyses and implementation of safe working practices on site
• Carry out any other duties related to the Project, including administrative tasks as directed by the CAG

Requirements

• The RE-Geotechnical shall have minimum five (5) years of relevant experience as a geotechnical engineer, of which at least three (3) years shall be in supervision of works in bored piling and temporary works such as haul road and temporary drainage diversion, ERSS, excavation works, ground improvement works, flood prevention and mitigation
• The RE- Geotechnical shall possess a Geotechnical engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• The RE- Geotechnical shall be accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report

Job Description & Requirements

• Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/ Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
• Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on site quality and safety issues.
• Determine any non-conformances on works
• Liaise with Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
• Ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable time frame.
• Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme withoutcompromising on quality and safety quality and safety matters and suggest quality improvement measures for implementation on site
• Supervise installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor /client
