• 5+ years of experience in large-scale distributed infrastructure and client-server architecture;
• Expertise in AWS and Kubernetes (mandatory);
• Strong CI/CD automation experience;
• Proficient in Kubernetes architecture, components, large-scale cluster operations, and maintenance;
• Knowledge of Kubernetes network models and disaster recovery;
• Familiar with Istio and Helm workflows (preferred);
• Experience with Docker runtime and Linux kernel (preferred);
• Skilled in deploying, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting large-scale infrastructure;

SCOPE OVERVIEW

An Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining the IT infrastructure that supports a company's operations. This includes hardware like servers, storage devices, and networking equipment, as well as software like operating systems, databases, and virtualization platforms.

Design and Architecture:

• Designing and planning the infrastructure to meet the organization's needs.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for the infrastructure.
• Ensuring the infrastructure aligns with industry best practices and security standards.

Implementation and Deployment:

• Deploying and configuring hardware and software components.
• Integrating new infrastructure components with existing systems.
• Performing system upgrades and migrations.

Maintenance and Support:

• Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Performing regular maintenance tasks like backups, updates, and security patches.

Security:

• Assist in the regular monitoring of life support systems to ensure meet the client operational requirements.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of life support equipment.
• Record operational data and performance metrics to ensure the systems are functioning optimally.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults or malfunctions in life support systems and components.
• Assist senior engineers in resolving technical issues and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of systems.
