Process Engineer (Pick and Place) is responsible for development and establishment of production process.

Responsibilities

• Review and accept machine buyoff, setup pilot line process and transfer from pilot line to production line in Pick and Place Process.
• Establish, review and update specifications, workflow, quality and safety related documentation for production line.
• Troubleshoot process issue and improve process capabilities, yield and cycle time from customer NPI stage to LVM/HVM stage.
• Process sustaining and control through SPC and periodic defect Pareto Analysis.
• Lead and drive SPC control towards zero defects.
• Review and update FMEA, Control plan OCAP with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendor/suppliers on process issue or quality issue.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechanical engineering or relevant engineering discipline
• Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing industry & working in cleanroom environment
• Minimum 3 years hands-on process experience in area of in the Wafer-level Fanout packaging production line or LCD/FPD production line in Pick and Place Process.
• Experience in SPC, DOE, FEMA, and 8D reports

• Evaluate design package and prepare shop drawing of RC structural works and temporary works.
• Liaise structural design works with design-relevant counter parties and construction team.
• Design of temporary works related to structural design.
• Lead the project department in solving design related matters.
• Manage production, quality, design & engineering and schedule issue.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

We are looking for a Senior Officer to join our Cyber Defense Engineering team. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining cybersecurity applications that protect our organization’s infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily health checks on cybersecurity applications, including Splunk, FireEye, Syslog-ng, CAS.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues to ensure security applications run smoothly.

• Respond to incidents involving cyber defense applications within the expected timeframes.
• Document technical steps, solutions, and process changes for reference.

• Engage in configuration management to optimize application performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Business Information Technology or any related degree from recognized academic institutions
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similiar capacity preferred
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity infrastructure; exposure to tools like Splunk, FireEye, SOAR, or NDR is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Ability and and interest in learning how to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document processes and communicate with team members.

Good to Have Skills:

• Exposure to cybersecurity operations, basic knowledge of infrastructure, and introductory scripting skills (e.g., Python or Shell) are helpful.

Additional Requirements:

• Rotational On-Call Duty: Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to support incident response and infrastructure availability.

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

• Report immediately to the Supervisor and the Project Manager any incidents or defects posing immediate concern, safety or inconvenience to the public.
• Submit daily reports on the condition of the roads, footpaths & walkways, service roads & footways, and road-related facilities to the Authority.
• Minimum 3 years experience in civil/ structural engineering works or other engineering equivalent.
• Able to recognize and identify defects on the roads, footpaths & walkways, service roads & footways, and road-related facilities.
• Good knowledge of repair methods for defects identified on roads and road related facilities.
