Reporting to the Team Lead of UTR! Communications & Engagement, you will be responsible for the following:

Content production:

• Contribute omni-platform content ideas for UTR! website and social media accounts that can be used across mediums, ie online articles, videos, podcasts, etc
• Facilitate the production and editing of content, including liaising with interviewees/stakeholders
• Organise, monitor and manage a content calendar and align efforts across the Singapore football ecosystem
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and the digital content space
• Support PR team with coverage of UTR! events, including helping to generate publicity and media material
• Maintain editorial standards for all content

Others:

• Monitor industry trends and communication strategies of other key ecosystem players to stay ahead of the curve
• Provide secretariat support for Management Meetings on Communications & Engagement matters
• Perform any other duties as assigned by a superior or management

Job Description

1. Help manage the Sustainability Reporting and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) datasets for the Group, for GRI, ISSB, and EU CSRD reporting.

2. Work with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate ESG principles and factors into corporate sustainability policies, strategies, and reporting.

3. Monitor industry and sustainability ESG ratings and market developments

4. Write ESG-related thought leadership content

5. Support on sustainability-related tasks such as Assurance, Due Diligence, Benchmarking, and audits.

6. Establish an information network to collect and compile data from publications, sustainability reports, and various field sources.

Requirements

1. Degree in Business, Humanities, or Communications discipline

Responsibilities:

• Generate new drawings and modify existing drawings according to instructions for construction sequence related to utilities, traffic diversion, shallow/deep excavation works and related works.
• Prepare detailed civil and environmental design documentation and drawings, perform design calculations
• Accuracy and effectiveness in electronic drafting.
• Liaise with Project teams, auhorities, client, architects and various contractors to ensure project work is carried out smoothly Conduct site inspection and coordination on site
• Coordinate filing, storage and retrieval of both manual and electronic drawings.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

· Interacts closely with Client/Customers regarding their technical questions.

· Supervised daily operations in the laboratory and ensures that all activities are align with the required standard/specifications and safety protocols.

· Prepares report on all laboratory tests, this include analysis and interpretation of the results.
