• Lead and manage the Advancement Communications team of 3 specialists in the field of marketing communications, annual giving and campaign operations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 10 years' of work experience.
• Extensive experience with fundraising, communications or related fields, particularly in a higher education environment.

• Proven track record in creating clear, persuasive content across various platforms (especially top-quality gift opportunity offerings), with a deep understanding of diverse audiences and how to communicate effectively with them.
