Property Executive

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Property Executive duties and responsibilities include planning and executing strategies for completing property management, periodic preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and maintenance projects within KPI and in a timely manner. Supervising all property management, soft services, M&E services (include M&E minor project work), leading a team and vendor groups to manage and support the tactical delivery and be the on-site key point of contact for the key stakeholders. Qualifications & Work Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA or other relevant bachelor’s degrees will be considered.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in external and internal audit preferably for Associate position.

Job Description

1. Plan and coordinate the conceptualisation and implementation of marketing plans for Lotus Vegetarian Singapore, including media relations, sponsorships, and digital marketing efforts.

2. Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok), develop engaging monitor performance, and propose strategies for improvement.

3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on all social media accounts.

4. Manage and update point-of-sale systems and 3rd party delivery vendors.

5. Communicate with respective outlet managers regarding marketing activities and promotion mechanics.
