Role Overview

• Position : Accounts cum HR Executive -FULL SETS/PAYROLL
• Location : Holland Village
• Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.30am-6.30pm

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full sets of accounts.
• Prepare payments and staff reimbursements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
• Prepare schedules for fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.
• Quarterly GST reporting and filing.
• Assist with financial and tax audits.
• Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances, and audit findings.
• Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization.
• High command of Chinese to liaise with China HQ.
• Responsible for IRAS company-related matters.
• Monthly payroll and CPF submission.
• Prepare overseas Director remuneration and withholding tax matters.
• Prepare and submit of IR8A.
• Responsible for MOM-related matters.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience with experience in full-set accounts.
• Possess initiative and the ability to multitask
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only

Position summary: The Management Trainee performs and directs overall restaurant daily management. Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program. Responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules. Responsible for local marketing initiatives – may contact prospective guests to promote sales. Maintains business records. Exceptional leadership, management skills and excellent guest service are the major component of this position.

Experience in restaurant operations (3 years), preferably with supervisory experience. Requires excellent communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable. Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized POS system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 kg frequently and up to 20 kg occasionally. Qualifications -

To join us as a Customer Service Officer (Contact Centre), you should:

• Have obtained NITEC cert, diploma or degree in any field. Relevant insurance certification will be an advantage

• Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre

• Enjoy people engagement and providing sound advice, have patience in dealing with complex problems

• Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to answer queries clearly over the phone
