8.30 am - 5.30 pm

5.5 days work week (Alternate Full Saturdays)

Work Location

Bus Depots at the East area OR Bus Depots at the West area

(Might be required to report to office at Tuas area for meeting once or twice a month)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting and supporting the Operations department in day-to-day operations & workforce arrangement.
• Support the Operations department in organizing & providing daily transport to the workforce working on site.
• Accountable & responsible for assisting and supporting the Operations department in meeting the sales budget and forecast for the sales unit.
• Perform administrative duties and ensure sales collection for the sales unit assigned such as issuance of the sales invoices and delivery orders.
• Compliance and ensuing Operations department follow the organizational safety practice & procedures.
• Engage and participate in material, parts & components sourcing to support the business unit (Accident repair, Depot repair, etc.).
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Preferably Singaporeans will be preferred
• Candidates with no relevant experience is welcome to apply.
• Required to have at least Class 3 Driving License.
• Candidate must possess at least "N" / "O" - Level Qualification.
• Candidates with at least NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications will be at advantage.
• Fluency in English and Chinese Language, written and spoken, to communicate with our internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must have organizational skills, is people-oriented, have administrative skills, is dateline-driven, is a team player, and have a positive attitude.

Bee Sun Engineering provides manpower, logistical, operational, and consultancy services to companies in the process sector, specifically waste management companies.

Services we provide include but not limited to:

• Rental and leasing of commercial vehicles with drivers (prime mover, hook lorry, vacuum trucks, lorries, and box lorries)
• Repair, maintenance, and rental of heavy machinery and iso-tanks

Your Key Responsibilities include:

• Prepare full set monthly management accounts and related schedules timely
• Prepare year-end statutory report, tax computation, GST reporting, government surveys, and reporting.
• Payment and billing processing
• Administration of contracts database and project cost tracking
• Cash flow management
• Participate in the preparation of budget and forecast
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, and bankers
• Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Processes, and Procedures
• System and processes – Assist in processes and system implementation when required; continue to streamline and automate tasks to ensure improvement and efficiencies
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline or ACCA
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax, and GST rules
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Self-motivated, resourceful, hands-on, and meticulous

Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision

· Understanding Company Products and doing Market Research to identify specific target groups and implement niche marketing strategies

· Grow the social media community

· Implement and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy

· Grow online marketing partners (digital publications or influencers)

· Copywriting and copy editing - Both internal and external marketing materials

· Create and execute highly engaging, Skills and experience in creative content writing

· Cross-platform social media & marketing campaigns (design, call to action and content)

· Manage content - copywriting & design. Handle content schedule and posting of content

· Experience in attaining PR coverage both online and offline

· Simple research work

· Assisting with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

· Social media analytics and ads experience is preferred. Social media management and community managers preferred.

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong written English is a MUST

· Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Job Descriptions:

• Ensuring compliance with maritime regulations such as MLC, Flag State regulations, and industry standards.
• Participating in company audits to demonstrate compliance in crewing activities.
• Monitoring and executing crew-related matters for the fleet of owned, operated, and managed vessels.
• Maintaining crew change schedules and executing plans.
• Verifying and filing crew documentation in line with STCW requirements, handling visas, flag state certificates, and endorsements.
• Keeping accurate records of crew documentation for easy access and retrieval.
• Coordinating travel, visas, and logistics for crew members.
• Staying updated on crew training requirements and ensuring compliance.
• Overseeing daily crew issues and coordinating crew appraisals with technical and operations teams.
• Managing crew information updates with authorities like MPA and the Singapore Flag.
• Handling insurance coverage and addressing administrative matters related to crew.
• Managing crew payroll processing, including upkeep of Sea-farer employment agreements (SEA) and working agreements.
• Verifying timesheets, crew claims, and expenses, and submitting to Finance for processing.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in crew management, payroll processing, and maritime regulations.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in managing crew documentation, travel, and certifications.
• Familiarity with local and international maritime regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.

• Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and tools.

• Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor selection, and attendee management.
