DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
POSITION: DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (FULL TIME)
Award-winning medical device startup (GyroGear.co) has a single opening for an experienced Digital Communications Manager at our Singapore office. We are developing intelligent wearable devices to stabilise hand tremors for 200 million people globally.
The Digital Communications Manager will lead and support initiatives that amplify GyroGear’s mission, strengthen brand visibility, and engage key stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, organized, and creative individual who can communicate effectively, plan and coordinate outreach activities, and ensure GyroGear’s story resonates with the right audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Digital Communications Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Digital Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and implement a cohesive digital communications strategy aligned with GyroGear’s mission, vision, and growth goals.
- Create and manage digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support online sales initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Manager to align communications and marketing strategies with e-commerce goals.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven initiatives.
2. Public Relations and Media Outreach
- Write and distribute impactful press releases to highlight milestones, partnerships, and new developments.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to amplify GyroGear’s story.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Stay ahead of media trends to position GyroGear effectively within the healthcare and technology sectors.
3. Content Creation and Collaboration
- Work hand in hand with the design team to develop engaging content for GyroGear’s website, blog, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the Online Sales Manager to produce marketing materials that drive conversions and align with sales strategies.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all content and platforms, maintaining alignment with GyroGear’s identity.
4. Social Media and Online Presence
- Manage GyroGear’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring timely, impactful, and sales-aligned posts.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Engage with online communities to build relationships and foster advocacy.
5. Analytics and Reporting
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for digital and PR campaigns, including media reach, conversions, and engagement rates.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
6. Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
- Partner with the Online Sales Manager to create synergy between digital communications and e-commerce efforts.
- Liaise with external partners, including PR agencies and content creators, for flawless campaign execution.
- Mentor and train team members on digital communications and PR best practices and trends.
7. Innovation and Trends
- Stay informed on industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies to keep GyroGear’s digital strategy innovative.
- Experiment with creative approaches to reach untapped audiences and maximize impact.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital communications, PR, and e-commerce marketing, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or startup sectors.
- Proven success in managing digital campaigns and growing media and online presence.
2. Skills and Competencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Expertise in press release creation, media relations, and public speaking.
- Strong experience in collaborating with sales teams to align communication strategies with revenue goals.
- Proficiency in CMS, social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
