To support their expanding portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute fire protection and prevention projects. The role will be based across multiple locations, including their headquarters in Central Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, scope, and timelines in collaboration with management.
• Assign tasks to team members and contractors, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Analyze product designs, customer requirements, and performance standards to develop specifications.
• Conduct technical studies, prepare cost estimates, and oversee quality testing.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Control costs by managing expenditures and contractor agreements.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with fire protection regulations.
