The Members Services Manager (MSM) plays a key role in coordinating sales and services activities for Le Club FICOFI® Members, as well as providing essential support to the sales team. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with major in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in wireless telecom industry (LTE/NR/EPC).

• Good knowledge in LTE/LNR system (eNodeB/gNodeB, BSC/RNC,EPC etc)

• Vendor or Operator experience is essential.

• 5G marketing background or FWA related experience is required

• Have a good understanding on the operator's network technology and network basic knowledge; experience in 5G project operation is preferred

• Possesses good solution communication and presentation skills; more skilled work experience in solution sales is preferred

The Job:

• Coordinate and manage pipeline/cable diversion requests from state agencies and private enterprises.
