Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall portfolio management and trading on Equity, Structured Products, and Funds, not limiting to oversight of the trade processing of various instruments in International Financial Centre(IFC)
• Assessing the risk assessment and opportunities of the investment portfolio, with good monitoring and identifying buy/sell opportunities based on fundamentals and comparison.
• Monitoring existing portfolios to analyse performance and conduct reports on them with regular updates on investments and portfolio reports
• Partnering with external counterparties, financial institutions and service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Manage and deliver returns on portfolios in compliance with regulatory guidelines and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelor in Accountancy/Business/Finance.
• Willing to work in Dubai
• Minimally 5 years of investment management, trading, or structuring experience, preferably in equities.
• Experience in managing a portfolio of investments either at a private bank, investment management firm, or family office.
• Strong Bloomberg and Excel research capabilities.
• Effectively bilingual

Experience & Qualification :

a) At least a diploma from a recognized university preferably with mechanical background

b) At least 3 years experience working in similar environment as Department head or manager ;

c) Familiar in plastic Injection , secondary process (Print, Spray , etching ) ,sub assembly ,back end & box build .

d) Basic tooling knowledge may be necessary

Job scope :

a) Main priority :

To lead, manage and be responsible to a team of engineers to achieve project completion in a given timeline by customer

To be an effective communication bridge between customer and your team

b) Secondary priority :

To study & improve machine efficiency & line/process productivity

c) Other related duties as assigned by general manger

Skills required :

i) Able to prepare a clear, concise report to customer such that no unnecessary delay to project completion

ii) Possess good interpersonal skill in order to communicate effectively with customers on potential technical issues faced during mass production stage

iii) Ability to use all problem-solving tools effectively to analyse issues at hand & solve it.

iv) Excellent Computer skill ( excel , powerpoint presentation )

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory & Facility Manager to oversee our operations in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in similar role.

Responsibilites:

(Factory Manager duties)

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, including production lines, quality control and inventory management
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives.
• Manage and lead a team of engineers, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor production output and quality, taking corrective actions when necessary
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Prepare and submit reports to management
• Coordinate with various departments like HR admin, logistics, and quality control
• Enforce company policies and labour laws

(Facility Manager duties)

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of the factory, equipment and systems
• Maintaining a clean and functional work environment by managing cleaning services and waste disposal
• Optimizing the use of space within factory to ensure it meets the needs of production processes and employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a factory & facility management role in Malaysia
• Experience in Automation & 3D printing will be a Plus point!
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with production planning and scheduling

Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration or related field5+ years leading a regional or global compliance function

Extensive experience managing relationships with regulators, including central banks, financial regulators and law enforcement agencies.

Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements specific to fintech, including AML/KYC, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interacteffectively with regulators, senior management and cross-functional teams

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Highly organized with attention to detail

Working knowledge of key regulations such as Payments Services Act will be advantageous
