Our healthcare client seeks a proactive and dynamic Talent Attraction Associate to join its HR team, supporting long-term manpower planning and employer branding. This role involves collaborating with HR partners and hiring managers to develop innovative talent pipelines for organisational growth. This 12-month contract position may lead to a permanent role based on performance and business needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with hiring needs, leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and industry platforms.
- Craft engaging job descriptions and act as a brand ambassador to promote employer value.
- Partner with strategic allies, such as educational institutions and government agencies, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews, coordinate recruitment processes, and track key recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Drive HR digital transformation projects and provide data-driven insights on recruitment trends and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent attraction, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong stakeholder management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools, with a creative approach to addressing hiring challenges.
