Main Responsibilities:

• Setup, prepare and send customer invoices for different utilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Prepare monthly and daily settlement
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all bills and settlements

• Liaise with external vendors and resolve any issues

Using state of the art Vessel Traffic Information System (VTIS), our Vessel Traffic Officers play a vital role in managing busy port traffic for the safe and efficient navigation of vessels transiting through the Singapore Strait. Job Description

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls pertaining to residents' queries / feedback;
• Assist in cases creation in the system;
• Follow up with residents on the progress of the cases that have been attended by the estate team or other department (case by case) prior closing it in the system;

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant finance experience in AR
• Meticulous, positive attitude on learning and able to handle transactional level work
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic Navision would be advantageous
