The Resident Technical Officer shall report to the Consultant, be responsible for the constant/standing supervision of the construction of Civil & Structural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract.

To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.

To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents, and site instructions.

What the Role Involves

1. Keep track of receiving Ocean Freight Forwarding Division., Supplier through email or by post.
2. Register Supplier invoice date and number before sending the invoices for verification and approval to PIC of Ocean Freight Forwarding Division.
3. Follow up with chaser emails for return of Supplier Invoices after deadline of submission by Ocean Freight Forwarding Division.
4. Check and post Supplier invoices into YUNAS
5. Prepare cheque/GIRO payment to Suppliers on monthly basis.
6. To reconcile Account Payable on monthly basis
7. To complete analysis of long outstanding Accrual Report
8. Back up PIC for daily payment request by Ocean Freight Forwarding Division to Co-loader to clear cargoes on behalf of Yusen Logistics Singapore

Job Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level
• Competent in MS office especially Microsoft Excel
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience

We are seeking an experienced and creative F&B Marketing and Communications Manager to join our lifestyle brands: Smoke & Mirrors cocktail bar and Yàn Cantonese restaurant.

Your mission is to utilise your analytical skills and commercial acumen to lead the charge on all things marketing communications and be the driving force behind boosting brand visibility, revenue, and overall success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and communications plan and media relations strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Build strong relationships and foster cross-team collaboration with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely and smooth execution of marketing plans.
• Manage online channels including timely, accurate updates and engaging content on social media and brand websites.
• Work closely with the in-house creative to oversee the development and production of marketing and promotional collaterals including menus, EDMs, posters, sales tools (brochures, presentations) for events and weddings.
• Work directly with external resources such as freelancers and marketing agencies to create content for digital platforms and media relations strategy for each respective brand.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns using content library to increase traffic and sales opportunities.
• Monitor and share campaign plans with the operations team and other departments on a regular basis to ensure cohesiveness to produce effective strategies.
• Identify potential markets, propose and facilitate partnerships, barter deals, sponsorships and events that support business objectives events.
• Lead market research to assess viability of current and existing products/services and establish beneficial pricing strategies for takeaway/gifting products, menus and promotions.
• Ensure information and content on owned and external channels are accurate, up-to-date and align with brand guidelines.
• Measure, monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing and media relations efforts; ROI on marketing and PR spend; key performance indicators, which include media impressions, share of voice on owned and earned channels.

Other requirements

• At least five years of working experience in a marketing, communications or branding role.
• Demonstrated ability to build narratives and deliver quality communications at short notice.
• Able to turn data into insights to fuel sales through communication.
• Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to a variety of writing styles.
• Positive and get-it-done attitude with a willingness to pivot quickly to changes.
• Experience with platforms - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager preferred.
• Good to have experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Being bilingual would be preferred, with a high proficiency in English and working proficiency in Mandarin.
