Community Partnerships
- Working with Management to identify funding needs and direction before developing relevant programmes and campaigns
- Review, plan and execute innovative fundraising initiatives such as specific campaigns and special events to support fundraising efforts and meet fundraising targets
- Conduct research, data mining and analysis for donor projects and presentations
- Donor Management – maintaining and updating records, continuously and proactively seeking out and building relationships with existing donors through consistent, sustained, and valuable engagement to maintain donor loyalty and conversion
- Prepare donor reports, appeals, and impact updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Any other projects as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
Volunteer Management
- Assist in volunteer management/strategy: recruitment, retention, reactivation, engagement
- Conduct risk assessment for volunteer participation
Programmes
- Employ a structured methodology to collaborate with the programme team and stakeholders, fostering a deep understanding of client challenges and requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive grasp of client needs, continually refining programme implementation strategies.
- Develop coherent plans to address challenges and enhance programme efficacy.
Programme Evaluation
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and reviews of programmes and projects, utilizing data analysis and research methodologies.
- Engage stakeholders throughout the change management process, ensuring seamless transitions within the programme.
- Manage inter-project interfaces across diverse stakeholders and sectors.
- Promptly initiate corrective actions and interventions to address programme gaps or issues.
- Regularly report on programme progress to stakeholders.
