Job Responsibilities:
1. Process adoption applications
- Attend to enquiries on adoption related matters
- Liaise with adoption applicants to obtain necessary documents
- Guide applicants on adoption process
2. Support Pre-Adoption and Adoption Disclosure webinars/ workshops
- Schedule workshop sessions
- Confirm participants’ attendance
- Assists in webinar/ workshops
- Consolidate feedback
- Issue certificates of completion
3. Perform administrative tasks
- Update and maintain clients’ database
- Upload adoption application data onto relevant portal
- Assists in services’ audit, specifically adoption
Other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Competencies:
· Proficient in oral communications in English and Mandarin
· Proficient in Microsoft office
· Have strong administrative skills
· Demonstrates good interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
GCE ‘O’ level (minimally B grade in English) and above
