Job Scope:

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, client and subcontractor management, design adherence, budget control, and sourcing materials. Procurement and Supplier Coordination

• Coordinate with sellers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
• Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.

Design Adherence

• Ensure that design standards are met and maintained, applying creative problem-solving to address fabrication challenges.

Subcontractor Coordination

• Effectively communicate with subcontractors regarding design specifications and fabrication methods.
• Utilize basic sketching or hand-drawing skills to convey design concepts where necessary.
• Submit invoices from Subcontractor upon completion of their jobs via email

Defect Rectification
