We are looking for an operations supervisor for our waste paper and waste tyres business.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervision of operations and staff

- Sorting and packing of waste paper and waste tyres

- Load/unload goods into or from containers

- Stock take when required

- Ad-hoc warehouse-related jobs as assigned

- Must handle machinery

- May involve manual work

Requirements

- At least 4 years’ experience, preferably in waste paper and/or waste tyres industry

- Willing to do shift work when asked to do so.

- Must have valid forklift and excavator licence or experience

- Experience handling machinery

This role involves a typical 5 and a half day work-week.

• Work with line managers to provide advice, support and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support, employee benefits, HR policies clarification and practices.
• Provide support to any other HR related project and duties as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and drive client acquisition
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify sales leads
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
• Work with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations
• Negotiate terms with clients, ensuring beneficial agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) for seamless delivery
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Handle tenders, RFQs, and Bids as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the logistics sector
• Strong understanding of local and intra-Asia markets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proficient in sales strategy development and client relationship management

Responsibilities:

*To perform company requisitions and purchases in accordance to policies & procedures

*Liaise with supplier on price negotiation, delivery, quality, discrepancies, etc

*Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

*Issuance of Purchase Order

*Explore new suppliers with better quality, price, service and commercial terms

*Updating of approved supplier/vendor list in the server

*Assist in preparing cost budget

*Preparing cost report

*Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience in purchasing/QS

Minimum Diploma level or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experiences

Hands-on experience with purchasing software

Responsibilities:

*Access power and instrument control signals for production equipment.

*work on the line from the substation to the process equipment,

*installation and commissioning of transformers and switchgear, the construction of cable lines, and the power supply and commissioning of equipment;

*work on the bus path from the instrument central control room (CCR) to the equipment including the installation and commissioning of control cabinets,

* installation of cable paths, the power supply of process equipment, and process interlocking commissioning

*· Manage construction activities and progress independently.

Requirements

*· Able to complete above responsibilities indepandently.

*· Degree in Electrical engineering or diploma holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

*· Technically competent across the full range of electrical systems

*· Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all level of staff.
