Job Description:
- Ensure the business unit follows all required rules and regulations from government authorities.
- Make sure that standard operating procedures and guidelines are being followed on the ground.
- Work on compliance and audit projects as assigned.
- Offer advice to the business unit on managing risks and finding solutions.
- Promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance within the business unit.
- Be a safety advocate for the business unit and encourage a safe working environment.
- Review and provide guidance on security measures and controls for various processes.
- Support the Head of Department in creating and maintaining an Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF) for the business unit and develop performance dashboards.
- Undertake other risk management or audit projects as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to take a holistic view on issues faced, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possess ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
