1. Job Functions:

Legal Responsibilities:

• Scrutinize legal documents such as funding agreements, contracts, MOUs, and any other relevant legal instruments to identify key points, risks, and adverse clauses that may impact PERTAPIS. Submit reviewed documents to the Head of Department for verification.
• Inform the management of significant clauses, obligations, and conditions within legal documents that require attention or action.
• Identify and communicate any potential legal risks or adverse impacts from contractual agreements or legal documents.
• Draft, review, and manage company policies, SOPs, and other governance documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure all legal and compliance policies adhere to Singapore's regulatory requirements for NGOs and other relevant laws.
• Provide support in legal disputes or litigation, including coordinating with external legal counsel, if necessary.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to provide informed advice to management.
• Serve as an internal consultant on legal and compliance matters, providing guidance to various departments as needed.

Compliance Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the review and implementation of the company's strategies and policies for all business processes in respect to the law, regulations, guidelines, audit, and compliance standards.
• Provide advice and counsel to management on business operations relating to law, regulations, compliance, policies, audits, risks, and any other relevant matters.
• Analyse internal business systems to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, industry, and ethical standards.
• Develop, document, and manage effective action plans to address audit findings and compliance violations.
• Develop and document risk management strategies on potential compliance risks.
• Evaluate company operations to identify compliance-related risks.
• Conduct investigations, interviews, and take statements for non-compliance and provide appropriate recommendations to management as per the regulatory standards.
• Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and periodical checks within the organization and all centers to ensure regulatory requirements are in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures

2. Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Legal studies or Law
• Preferably 2 years prior experience in risk management, compliance or audit roles.

About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Admin Executive, Compliance to join our Compliance Department. This role is crucial in supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and regulatory frameworks while ensuring compliance with company standards. Role Overview

As an Admin Executive, Compliance, you will be responsible for supporting the Compliance Department by handling key administrative tasks related to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks and the Life Insurance Association (LIA) ICCSC framework. Your role will involve performing detailed assessments, generating reports, and assisting with compliance-related administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• AML Search & Clearance: Handle the clearance of hits identified during AML searches. You will be responsible for checking and assessing positive hits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and reporting your findings.
• LIA ICCSC Framework: Assist in managing the LIA ICCSC framework to ensure the company remains compliant with industry standards.
• Reporting & Documentation: Generate and maintain regular compliance reports, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and timely. Maintain and organize all related documentation and records.
• Compliance Support: Provide administrative support to the compliance team by assisting with investigations, preparing necessary documents, and participating in compliance reviews.
• Process Improvement: Work closely with senior compliance staff to identify areas of process improvement within the AML and compliance-related tasks.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role is advantageous. Familiarity with AML processes and regulations is a plus.

The Investment Operational Risk and Compliance team is part of the Risk Management Department which drives risk management agenda, ensures sound and effective risk management framework and promotes risk culture. The team oversees and conducts the operational risk management function for Income’s Investment related activities and ensures these activities are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. Investment Operational Risk

• Drive and Support the Investment Operation Risk framework, procedures, and related activities, in the areas of Risk

Qualifications

• Experience in Asset Management / Investment will be preferable

SCOPE

Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Chef will manage all kitchen operations including Stewarding operations with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards and practices, staff training, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets customer’s expectations.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES

• Manage all functions of the Food Production and Stewarding operations to achieve the optimum departmental profit.
• Develop and maintain menus and recipes for each restaurant, while determining product prices, ensuring accurate costing of all dishes and maintaining good gross margins.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge in regards to ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets and current trends and ensure that appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations are made accordingly.
• Ensure that all rules & regulations are strictly established and adhered within the hotel including the hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP.
• Ensure that all costs are in line with sales without compromising quality, i.e. minimum 85% LQA score.

• Minimum 10 years culinary experience, with 5 years in a kitchen management role, preferably with an international 5-star hotel chain.
• Experienced in various dining concepts in luxury hotels including all day dining, signature restaurants and celebrity chef restaurants.
• Experience in Banquet (preferred)
