As the Asia-Pacific Regional Business Director , you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Create, maintain, and expand sales revenue in the region through successful leadership, organizational planning, and customer management. With the goal of maintaining and expanding sales revenue, act as a regional interface to coordinate all headquarters' resources, including product, operations, after-sales, and other departments.
- Provide strategic advice on the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to subsidiaries. Participate in and chair forecast teleconferences, promotional plans, customer account management, weekly team meetings, and regular company-wide meetings.
- Establish good relationships with customers through continuous contact; manage designated customer relationships, maintain and develop business.
- Maintain good communication with GTM/Marketing/Finance/Operations departments to ensure smooth product launch.
- Organize the formulation of the development strategy for the Operations Department and make adjustment according to changes in the internal and external environment.
- Keep an eye on the product dynamics on foreign trade B2C platforms, be familiar with hot-selling products on overseas e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Ebay, analyze the prospects of products, and be responsible for developing hot-selling products that have a rich variety, sufficient quantity, cost-effective advantages in the market and highly meet market demands.
- Guide, train and supervise the improvement of the professional quality of staff, establish an efficient organizational system, work system and employee team for the company; be fully responsible for team building and management, as well as the assessment, motivation and training of the team.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or above, with good professional ethics, excellent conduct and high comprehensive quality.
- Have more than 5 years of company management experience.
- Have strong market development and sales skills.
- Strong communication, team building and leadership skills, capable of working across functions and at all management levels, having a good track record of previous sales performance
- Able to handle demanding schedules and situations.
- Experience in working in a multicultural or international environment.
- Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and absolute discretion regarding sensitive information.
- Able to manage and coordinate domestic and international travel schedules according to business needs.
