We are looking for a candidate with 4 - 6 years of experience within the Consulting industry to join our team as an Associate Project Director. This is a full-time position and is available in Singapore and within ASEAN.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage delivery of assigned projects
2. Support engagement teams to develop business strategies and business plans for existing/new businesses
3. Liaise with clients (Up to C-Suite) to identify areas of improvements and provide recommendations for growth
4. Present results to the client's management team and implement recommendations incollaboration with the client's team members
5. Perform data analysis, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop financial models to quantify the feasibility of recommendations
6. Prepare proposals for prospective clients

The Ideal Candidate Should:

1. Be a graduate from Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related majors
2. Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Consulting within Singapore or the ASEAN region
3. Possess good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
4. Be proficient in spoken and written English. Proficiency in one or more of the ASEAN languages is an advantage but not compulsory

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining inventory list, and stock management
• Ordering food ingredients from suppliers
• Planning of weekly schedule
• Training and coaching of staff, handling of staff issues and assisting in evaluating of staff
• Prepare maintenance report, food loss report
• Recruitment of part time candidates
• Giving suggestions and feedback to Store Manager
• Assist in investigation in event of customers’ complaints
• Streamline processes and ensure smooth operations
• Leading the store’s daily meeting
• Cost control (food cost / labour cost)
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
• Great communication skills Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and with short deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Superintendents to oversee all aspects of the technical management of the vessels including but not limited to safe operations, safety, compliance, crew management, maintenance, and cost control.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adoption of industry best practices.
• Oversee and manage the overall budget for the procurement of services, ship spares and stores for the company’s fleet of vessels while ensuring the operational reliability of the vessels are kept to a high standard.
• Set up, review and monitor KPIs for the Technical team and the overall vessels’ performance of the company fleet of vessels and the company’s fleet under 3rd party ship management.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with crew members, shore staff, and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage risk associated with vessel operations and maintenance. Monitor vessel performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the technical management team

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Assistant Operations Managers, overseeing 6 to 8 stores to optimize long-term sales and profit growth.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with Store-In-Charge and their teams.
• Ensure that all outlets meet safety, quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Offer coaching and support to ensure each store is properly staffed, maximizing sales opportunities, operational efficiency, and reducing employee turnover.
• Lead teams to achieve monthly sales targets and successfully promote new products.
• Collaborate with the Direct Supervisor and Store Teams to foster a positive work environment and achieve business objectives related to quality, service, sales, people, and profits.
• Hold monthly meetings with Store-In-Charge to review business results and hold them accountable.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Store-In-Charge or 3 years in an Area-In-Charge role, with a focus on F&B management preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Minimum Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated management experience and capabilities.
