YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS:

• Immerse yourself in our workflow and processes, paving the way to independently steer at least one account
• Manage at least one account autonomously, ensuring all deliverables are met
• Become the go-to Point of Contact for at least one account
• Orchestrate internal projects for your account, liaising seamlessly with our production team for timely, top-tier deliverables
• Attend internal huddles to stay updated and share insights
• Set goals with your team and manager and work towards achieving them

Human Resources

· Handle all matters pertaining to Employees' welfare and benefits for the Singapore office.

· Handle recruitment, job postings, interviews, and preparation of letter of appointment if any.

· Salary and Payroll, CPF sumbission

· Handle expenses for the Singapore office.

. Apply Visa/ work permit (WP/EP/DP)

Sales Support

· To handle all social media platforms such as Google ads, Facebook, Instagram, and third-party ad networks.

· To prepare purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices in the account

· Coordinate shipments with overseas and local logistics companies.

· Assist Sales Personnel with presentation and serve drinks to Showroom visitors.

· To maintain cleanliness and upkeeping of Showroom.

· In charge of opening and closing of the showroom.

Even and Exhibiton Support

· Manage all exhibiton with logistic and booth installation coordinating.

Administration

· Maintain equipment inventory and maintenance.

· Provide secretarial support to the CEO.

· Liaise with the Finance Manager on Expenses reports periodically.

· Work location: Ubi Vertex

· Working hours/days: 9am to 6pm/ 5 days

Job Requirement

· Minimum degree hoder with 3-4 years related experience.

· Knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications

· Ability to write professionally, have an excellent command of written English and grammar

· Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

· Flexibility to work with multiple personalities and with all levels of management within an organization

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

We want you, an energetic, dynamic and responsible project manager with relevant experience in the built environment sector, specifically for interior renovations, addition and alteration works to join our firm in this exciting journey. Mainly focusing on commercial buildings, offices, industrial, aviation and the transport infrastructure and assets.

The successful candidate will report to the Project Director / Managing Director, collaborate with department HODs and team members of a project team.

Key responsibilities

• Be the point of contact and liaison for scheduling / planning / execution of work for our workers and sub-contractors
• Overall site manager with planned periodic updates and reports internally and externally, including liaison with tenant owners, S.Os, employer representatives, MCSTs and FM counterparts.
• Resolve site issues, challenges and conflicts where necessary
• Ensure smooth and successful delivery of any tasked project
• Plan overall master and micro project schedules, in Gantt chart formats, execute as tasked
• End-to-end follow ups on contract and variations till closure of accounts.
• Assist the team in bids with PM proposals; planning, VE, health and safety, risk assessments etc

• Manage compensation and benefits programs throughout APAC Region in alignment with corporate and regional business objectives
• Lead Compensation & Benefits work stream for M&A activity in APAC
• Advise regional senior leadership on all aspects of compensation and benefits strategy
• Provide consultation, training and support to APAC HR Business Partners and Senior Business leaders
• Ensure the competitiveness of regional compensation and benefits programs in terms of attracting, motivating and retaining the best talent
• Work with the senior HR leadership within the region, ensure that all regional and local compensation and benefits initiatives support MKS business objectives as well as attract, motivate and retain the best employees
• Ensure legal compliance of all compensation and benefits programs in each local market
• Design country-specific Benefits and wellbeing programs within our global framework
• Lead vendor selection of all regional Benefits and wellbeing vendors, including health service partners
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure they are market competitive, cost effective and in compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements
• Manage a team of Total Rewards Professionals to deliver the charter in the region

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and above with 15+ years of HR-related work experience.
• Experience in designing Total Rewards programs for China / Taiwan/ HK/ Korea / Japan / Malayia / Singapore / Thailand / Vietnam
• 15+ years Compensation & Benefits design or consulting experience, in which 5+ years APAC region C&B experience in High Tech Industry and 5+ years of working with Global vendors (Radford/Aon/Mercer) to design and manage Compensation & Benefits programs
• GRP / CCP certification is preferred
• Solid M&A project experience
• Familiar with system tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Workday, Com&Ben Surveys, etc.)
