Duties & Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Internal Laundry. • Education & Experience:

SACA offers the Case Management programme to selected inmate clients that Prisons has identified to serve a part of their sentence in the community. The intention of community-based sentencing options is to better prepare the inmate client for their eventual release thereby increasing their chances of not reoffending.

The Social Worker or Case Manager will offer clients both casework and counselling services to firstly cope with the requirements of the community-based regime he is emplaced on and secondly to help him better adjust to life in the community as productive citizens.
