Role reports to: Global Deliver Digital Deployment Director
What you will do
The Global Trade Compliance Digital Solutions Deployment Manager is responsible for managing the deployment of digital applications and analytics solutions for global trade compliance. You will also be responsible for ensuring Kenvue Global's digital products and services comply with all relevant trade control laws and regulations in our global markets. The role will focus on the data, systems and analytics side of Trade Compliance and will have a leading role in Kenvue GTC digitalization, automation, and analytics efforts. You will work closely with Global Trade Compliance, Regional Trade Operations, Technology & Data and Digital Transformation Office to ensure successful implementation of the digital and analytics solutions:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of digital applications and analytics solutions for Global Trade Compliance digital roadmap in conjunction with Digital Transformation Office, Technology & Data, and Operations.
- Work with regional and global partners to diagnose and close process gaps to ensure successful adoption of the Global Trade Compliance digital applications and analytics solutions globally.
- Work with relevant external partners to research and recommend suitable emerging trade compliance technologies and tools to improve GTOM program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Be a key player to shape global digital strategy and functional requirements behind trade digital and system implementations. Be able to cascade Kenvue’s global digital strategy to global markets.
- Support analytics development strategy with close connection to GTOM metrics sitting within DTO CDD capability.
- Provide subject matter expertise, training, and guidance to cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, product, operations) on digital trade compliance products.
- Be the Trade Automation Business Subject Matter Expert. Lead the enhancement of trade automation system as part of Kenvue’s multi-enterprise collaboration framework.
- Assess the current state of Kenvue's trade automation system and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
- Design and implement improvements to the trade automation system to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within Kenvue's multi-enterprise collaboration framework
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in global trade compliance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Knowledge of global trade processes, industry practices, and key trade compliance data points
- Knowledge of trade systems, such as Trade Automation and SAP GTS
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Understands project management principles
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
- Have process design experience, especially value stream mapping
- Understands inbound logistics landscape globally
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and other supply chain technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience leading digital solutions deployment projects
- Familiar with IT implementations, especially SAP GTS
- IT and data background; can bridge the gap between business and technology
