Roles & Responsibilities

· Overall responsible for the sites’ maintenance and provide strong technical stewardship in various disciplines

· Provide strategic guidance in sourcing & contract management, operations & maintenance and resource & cost sustainability

· Manage multiple stakeholders, including vendors and customer

· Forge win-win partnerships with tenants’ shopfloor/ frontline operations.

· Grow and develop the in-house technical expertise

· To coach and train the team so that they are familiarized and knowledgeable of the requirements

· Ensure all projects and maintenance works are carried out according to the schedule planned

· To take charge and lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues

· Supervise and manage contractors in fulfilling their contractual obligation and ensure smooth operation of the buildings

· Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions in a timely manner

• Manage and process payroll for all workers on a timely basis, such as, computation of staff' salaries, allowances and deductions, processing of wages, statutory submissions, annual & ad hoc tax fillings, etc
• Manage claims from employees and with government authorities( Levy Waiver, etc)
• Supporting Employees and Management by driving, planning, coordinating and implementing effective HR guidelines, procedures and guidelines across the full spectrum of HR
• Analysis of Manpower resource allocation, visa quotas and emplyee satisfaction
• Manage work pass apllications, renewals & canncellations
• Manage the repatriation of work permit holders
• Putting together regular and ad hoc payroll and costing reports for management and employees

We are looking for a dedicated project Manager to assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality. The Project Engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project.

To be a successful project engineer, you should have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects and demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills. You should also have excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.

Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.

Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.

Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.

Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.

Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.

Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.

Project Manager Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

A valid engineering license.

4 or more years' field and project planning experience.

Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.

The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures proper follow through on equipment packages from pre-PO phase all the way until completion as per contractual and project requirements
• Coordinates with Package Buyer to conclude the Contract/PO with Package Vendor
• Monitors and coordinates with Vendor for contractual obligations and deliverables
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for meetings, technical clarification/discussion and inspections
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for ITP, Testing and Commissioning Procedures
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to prepare, update and timely submission of weekly/monthly reports including procurement map
• Coordinates and supports Package Buyer and Costing Officer to manage Vendor variation/claim
• Monitors and tracks vendor payment milestones and ensure vendor is meeting the requirements for each payment milestone
• Reviews and verifies vendors invoices
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for inspection, testing, and closing out all the inspection reports
• Coordinates with Owner’s Representative, 3rd Party Inspector, Project Team and Vendor for visit to Vendor site/workshop (either local and overseas) for inspection and testing
• Coordinates with Vendor and Expediting Lead for delivery, expediting, receiving, joint inspection, warehousing and preservation requirements
• Coordinates with Vendor for the spare parts list and commissioning spares
• Coordinates with Project Team and Vendor for site support for installation, testing and commissioning
• Coordinates with Vendor for timely submission of final vendors data books and documentation
• Coordinates with Package Buyer and Vendor for any guarantee/warranty matters
