Role & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites
• Manage workers, subcontractors and personnels on project sites
• Liaise coordinate with clients, consultant, project supervisors and sub-contractors on project related issues and to ensure project objectives are met

Job Requirements:

• Diploma,Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, or a related field

• Proven proficiency in AWS cloud technologies, including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and CaaS, along with network and endpoint services, security services, storage management, backup and recovery solutions, and third-party service integrations.
• Extensive experience in cloud migration strategies, encompassing both cloud-to-cloud and on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
• Experience of designing and building landing zones.
• Track record of successful collaboration with System Integrators to facilitate seamless migrations and transitions into business-as-usual operations for medium-sized multinational organizations.

• Lead and mentor a team of technical leaders to define and drive global QMS standards, including FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, SBL, PAT, MSA, Calibration, Lab, NUDD, gSPECs, and SafeLaunch.
• Develop team members into technical and industry leaders.
• Review standards and business rules to balance functionality, performance, and manufacturing constraints.
• Establish KPIs to monitor and enhance team performance, compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Develop, execute, and refine strategies:

• Deliver best in class quality by aligning product design, development, testing, and manufacturing with standards and business rules.
• Establish an AI roadmap for quality standards and system applications.
